Resume Studio is a personal automation tool. It generates short videos on a local machine and publishes them to social media accounts owned by its operator. This policy describes what data the tool touches and what it does with it.
Resume Studio is single-user software. It is not offered as a service, has no sign-up, and has no users other than its operator. It does not collect, request, or process data belonging to any other person.
When connected to a social media platform, the tool requests only the permissions required to publish the operator's own videos to the operator's own account.

Credentials live in a local environment file on the operator's own computer and are never committed to version control or copied off the machine. Access tokens are short-lived and replaced automatically as they expire. Tokens are retained only while the integration is in use; revoking access or deleting the local file ends retention immediately.
Generated videos and captions are stored locally and on the platforms they are published to, under those platforms' own retention terms.
Access can be withdrawn at any time from the platform side, with no action needed in this tool:
Once revoked, the stored tokens stop working and the tool falls back to writing a local list of pending posts. No further publishing occurs.
The tool is not directed at children and does not knowingly process any data relating to them.
If the tool's data handling changes, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it.
