Resume Studio is a personal automation tool that generates short videos on a local machine and publishes them to social media accounts owned by its operator. These terms govern its use.
Resume Studio is single-user software. It is not offered to the public, sold, licensed, or provided as a service. It has one operator and no other users, customers, or accounts.
The tool may be used only by its operator, and only to publish content the operator has created, to accounts the operator owns and has personally authorized. It is not to be used to publish on behalf of any other person or to any account the operator does not control.
The operator is solely responsible for the content the tool generates and publishes, including that it is lawful, original or properly licensed, and compliant with the rules of every platform it is posted to. The videos are original works generated by the tool; background audio is synthesized locally rather than sourced from third parties.
Publishing through a platform's API is subject to that platform's own terms, developer policies, and community guidelines, in addition to these terms. Where they conflict, the platform's terms govern the material published there. The tool requests only the permissions needed to publish the operator's own videos, and makes no attempt to circumvent any platform limit, rate cap, or policy.
The tool is developed and run for personal use. It carries no uptime commitment, support obligation, or release schedule, and it may be changed, paused, or discontinued at any time without notice.
The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the software, including lost content, failed or duplicated posts, or any action taken by a platform against an account.
Use may stop at any time. Revoking the tool's access from the platform side ends its ability to publish immediately, with no action required in the tool itself.
